Dear friends that I lived with in Denmark...

...Or anyone else that has baked cookies in northern Europe (Sean? Katie? ).

What's the conversion for vanilla extract to vanilla sugar? I have all the ingredients for chocolate chip cookies, but I'm not sure how much vanilla sugar to add in place of the vanilla extract. Anyone remember? Also, I didn't buy the straight vanille powder...I have the vanilla sugar...does that mean I use less sugar?
